Refund Policy

At Innate Strength Counseling LLC, we value your commitment to your mental health. To provide the best care possible while respecting the time of both clients and clinicians, the following refund and cancellation policies apply:

Session Fees

• Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

• Insurance clients are responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, or fees not covered by insurance.​

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee (up to the full session rate).

• Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will also be billed at the full session rate.​

Refunds

• Counseling Services: Since counseling sessions involve professional time and preparation, refunds are not available for completed sessions.

• Prepaid Sessions/Packages: Refunds for unused prepaid sessions may be issued if services are canceled in advance, minus any administrative fees.

• Workshops, Consulting, or Supervision: Refunds may be provided up to 5 days before the scheduled event or service. After this time, refunds are not available.​

Telehealth Technology Issues

• If technical difficulties prevent a session from being completed, we will make every effort to reschedule at no additional cost.​

Insurance Reimbursements

• Clients are responsible for understanding their insurance benefits. Refunds cannot be issued for claims denied by insurance.
